Both Georgette Hayden and Chris Beal have an extensive and diverse background in the film and television arenas. As industry freelancers, Ms. Hayden and Ms. Beal have run the gamut from Washington, DC to Hollywood, from television productions to feature films to commercials and music videos. Both have also spent time in various studios and production companies that handle acquisitions, national, and international distribution.
Georgette Hayden, Executive Director
Georgette Hayden holds a Masters Degree from New York University and started her career in public broadcasting at WETA-TV in Washington, DC. Over the years, Ms. Hayden worked on numerous feature film, cable, and network television productions, most notably Martin Lawrence's Run Tell Dat, Castlerock's Hearts In Atlantis, Wag The Dog, Long Kiss Goodnight, and, NBC Entertainment's The West Wing. She brings strong production and business management skills, as well as an invaluable knowledge of the industry. Ms. Hayden is also the Creator/Executive Producer of the new television series, TAKE 3.
Chris Beal, Deputy Director
After graduating from Howard University, Chris Beal started as a PA for the MTV and BET networks. Soon after, she became the Program coordinator for ABC Networks Closed Captioning and began Extras Casting for films shot in Washington, DC. She was an Associate Producer for the prominent political network NET: The Political News Talk Network.
Upon her relocation to Los Angeles, Ms. Beal was hired as a Jr. Executive at Warner Bros., overseeing big-budget productions from development to release. Included in her roster are Sphere, Mickey Blue Eyes, Message In A Bottle, The Green Mile, Soldier, Story Of Us, Deep Blue Sea, Replacements, Romeo Must Die, and Bait. Ms. Beal played a dual role as Mr. Hunt Lowry's Assistant and Production Supervisor on "Disney's The Kid and Hunt's Company. Ms. Beal quickly moved over to Lions Gate and served as the Distribution Coordinator for Worldwide Television. She is currently an Associate Producer of TAKE 3.
Vashti Henriques, Film Associate
Vashti Henriques started her career working with major organizations and corporate entities in production and management of concerts for such artists as Gladys Knight, George Benson, and The Temptations. Her love for the entertainment industry grew when she produced a short documentary called The Docent with the Montgomery Community Cable Television. She holds a Masters in Business from Johns Hopkins University and utilizes her knowledge of business as an international consultant and film advisor for such organizations as the Jamaica Film Commission, Festival of the New French Cinema - Facets Cinematheque, and Ermitage S.R.L., France.
Her national and international affiliations bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and contacts to the International Diversity Film Market's ongoing event, the Diversity Movie Market. Ms. Henriques is also an Associate Producer on the new entertainment television series, TAKE 3.

| George August Patterson has
been a constant contributor to the television and
film industry for over twelve years. He began in
programming at WBBM TV (CBS) in Chicago. He then
was a news writer and co-wrote several CBS specials.
Mr. Patterson has written comedy for major stand-up comedians and was a Contributing Editor
for Culture Magazine.
Mr. Patterson, most recently a
writer for Warner Bros. Krypto, comes from Programming
and Development at the Disney Channel, contributing
in the development of award winning, educational
shows such as Stanley, Rolie Polie Olie, Book
of Pooh and Bear In The Big Blue House, JoJo’s
Circus, Higglytown Heroes, Lizzie McGuire and
The Proud Family. Before this, he was an associate
producer for Sesame Street Home Video. Prior to
producing for Sesame Street, he was in development
and assisted the Emmy and Grammy winning producer,
Nancy Kanter, for the Children’s
Television Workshop and was in the development
of the FOX special CinderElmo.
In the feature film world, his
credits as a Coordinator and Assistant
Coordinator include: What Planet Are You From,
Message In a Bottle,
Sphere, Simon Birch, Natural Born Killers, Barb
Wire, Maverick, Home Alone 2 and Dennis The Menace,
Public Eye.
Mr. Patterson was born and raised in Chicago to
a political family. He currently resides
in Los Angeles and has two cats; Zak & Sidney.
Together Georgette, Chris, Vashti and
George have combined their skills and their knowledge
to develop a number of television and film concepts,
and have now partnered to further develop these
and other projects.
